Community First Foundation was founded as the fund-raising arm of our namesake – Lutheran Medical Center.  Today, Exempla Lutheran Medical Center remains a beneficiary of the Foundation. 

In 2004, more than $777,495 was granted to ELMC to support programs and services.  Highlights include:
