Challenged with significant cognitive limitations, they were eager to learn child development information and effective techniques for raising their child. |

Jeffco Action Center Offers Safety and Support for Families Cecilia came to Jeffco Action Center without a home, without a plan, and without hope. A month earlier, her husband left to go to work at his second-shift job. That was the last Cecilia and their three children heard from him for four days. When she did hear from him, it was to let her know that he had decided to end their marriage. |
