Gift in Memory
Memorial gifts are a poignant way to honor the passing of a loved one. Making a gift in memory of someone special, or choosing Community First Foundation to be the recipient of memorial gifts through an obituary announcement, are meaningful ways to commemorate someone’s life. The Foundation will send a letter with your name and address to any individuals you would like to be notified of your thoughtful gesture.
 
Gift in Honor
Consider honoring a friend, grandchild, or acknowledging an event, such as a graduation or birthday, by making a gift. Or, if you’ve experienced excellent care from a hospital employee, physician or volunteer, you may choose to make a gift to Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in his or her name to recognize outstanding efforts. The person you are honoring will receive a letter from the Foundation, notifying them of your thoughtfulness.
