Audit & Compliance Committee

The audit and compliance committee is an independent committee responsible for assisting the board of directors in carrying out its responsibilities regarding Community First Foundation’s financial accounting, reporting and compliance.

Community Impact Committee

The community impact committee provides leadership and accountability for establishing targeted development goals and assures that gifts received are utilized according to donor intent.

Finance & Investment Committee

The finance and investment committee advises the president and the board regarding the financial affairs of Community First Foundation, oversees the treasury function and annually reviews the capital and operating budgets.
