Caroline M. Jackson Controller Responsible for: Managing day-to-day financial operations. 720.898.5914 cjackson@CommunityFirstFoundation.org

Caroline has served as controller for the Foundation since 2002. She previously held accounting and finance positions in the Exempla Healthcare system for 20 years. She also worked for Hospice of Boulder County as the director of finance and administration.

Caroline received her accounting degree from Front Range Community College and Metro State College of Denver.

Community Participation:

• Actively involved in the Stephen Ministry program in her church, and serves as a leader for the ministry in training new affiliates, in addition to serving as a caregiver.
• Hospice volunteer.
