Nicole owns her own firm, Royer LLC, a Denver law firm offering legal counsel and guidance in estate planning, business law and real estate. She is passionate about helping clients create appropriate and effective estate plans, ensuring a smooth transition for their families and protecting assets for future generations.
Her legal career began in the London, U.K., office of Debevoise & Plimpton, a New York firm, managing mergers, acquisitions, and privatizations. Remaining in London, she worked with the Thompson companies, helping launch the first online legal research service in the United Kingdom, Westlaw U.K. Upon returning to the U.S., she served as senior associate counsel and director of charitable giving for Great-West Life & Annuities in Denver.
Nicole earned her B.S. in business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1995 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1998. She was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Colorado in 1998.
