Please join Community First Foundation, The Denver Foundation, and Rose Community Foundation for Introduction to Debt, a webinar for nonprofits presented by the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF).

An unprecedented number of nonprofits are taking on debt for the first time through a combination of new government programs, philanthropic responses, and historically low interest rates from for-profit financial institutions. The Nonprofit Finance Fund will provide an overview of how nonprofits access and use debt, including tips on what lenders look for when evaluating a nonprofit’s loan application.

Community First Foundation, The Denver Foundation, and Rose Community Foundation will also provide a preview of the Metro Denver Nonprofit Loan Fund, a new funding mechanism for local nonprofits. The fund will provide no-interest loans to help span gaps and timing issues in the flow of nonprofit revenue, strengthening local nonprofits at a time when they most need financial support and offering smaller nonprofits low-risk experience managing debt and developing creditworthiness. Webinar registration is free, but you must register in advance. Please register here.
