Together We Protect Partnerships Support Vaccine Equity in Jefferson County

Together We Protect Vaccine Equity Fund LogoThrough our partnership with Immunize Colorado and the Colorado Vaccine Equity Taskforce, we are proud to support vaccine equity in Jefferson County. Black, Latinx, and Native Americans have all experienced rates of infection, hospitalization, and death that far exceed their proportion of the population and increasing access to COVID-19 vaccines and improving vaccination rates is important for the wellness of our community. Here are organizations who have received initial funding to do this important work in Jeffco.
